1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended for users located in the United States only.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Ledgnt. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activity that occurs under your account

Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

Ledgnt is a paid subscription service.

a. Monthly Subscriptions:

-Billed monthly

-No refunds

-Access continues through the end of the current billing period after cancellation

b. Annual Subscriptions:

-Billed annually

-Prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion

-Refunds are rounded to the nearest full month

-Access continues through the end of the current billing period after cancellation

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for payment processor errors or service interruptions.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Interfere with app functionality or security

Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws

6. Financial, Tax, and Legal Disclaimer

Ledgnt is an organizational and educational tool only.

Ledgnt does not provide tax advice

Ledgnt does not provide legal advice

a. You are solely responsible for:

-Verifying the accuracy of all data

-Consulting qualified professionals as needed

-Ensuring compliance with tax and legal obligations

-Ledgnt is not responsible for audits, penalties, fines, interest, or filing errors.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accurate calculations and displays, the Service relies on data you provide. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Ledgnt are owned by LEDGNT, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon termination, access to the Service will end at the conclusion of the billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEDGNT, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LEDGNT, LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
